 Sometimes in outlook mail searching not working in paricular one outlook ".pst" file other ".pst" file mail searching working fine. Solution Due to indexing problem and ".pst" file corruption you will not search mail.so that first you will try to rebuild indexing. if its not work then try to repair ".pst" file using scanpst.exe.  Step -1 - Rebuild Indexing. To rebuild indexing  go to file menu-->Option-->Search-->indexing option-->Advance and click on rebuild.                          If step -1 not working then try step-2 as per below. Step -2 - Repair ".pst" file using "SCANPST.EXE". To Repair ".pst" file first run scanpst.exe file from microsoft office folder located in c:\Program files. Browse and select your ".pst" file having searching issue then click on start then it will ask  for repair and click on repair. After repair it will take some time after that you can search mail.

 How do we sort months in Chart when create chart report  ? Some times we need to sorting chart when we create chart report. sorting option shows only alphabetic and numeric sorting. To sort chart by month use the following sorting expression. Right Click on the category field of the chart and select Category Group Properties. then go to the sorting tab. open the expression tab and use the following expression.                      =Month(cdate("1-" &Fields!mon.Value & "-2010")) Keep the order as A-Z and it should now order your Months Correctly.
